Stephanie's career began in the world of hairdressing, where she spent seven fabulous years making people feel their best. During this time, she honed her customer service skills and mastered the art of building rapport with ease. However, her adventurous spirit and hunger for new challenges led her to take a leap into the recruitment domain. As a generalist recruiter, she quickly climbed the ranks to become a Recruitment Consultant, before her company's focus shifted exclusively to management consultancy recruitment in the UK and Germany. There, Stephanie's brilliance shone, as she expertly recruited for the world's biggest consultancy firms, making a lasting impact for renowned names like Accenture, PwC, The Boston Consulting Group, EY, and more.
Taking a well-deserved maternity break after five incredible years, Stephanie embraced the joys of motherhood. But her passion for her profession remained steadfast, and after an 18-month break, she returned to work part-time at Crux as a skilled administrator and recruiter. Stephanie's immense talent and dedication didn't go unnoticed, and in 2022, she was rightfully promoted to the prestigious role of Operations Manager for Crux, alongside serving as the trusted PA to our visionary CEO, Iain White.
As our resident plate-spinner extraordinaire, Stephanie seamlessly keeps all the administrative gears in perfect order. From managing the database and posting jobs on platforms like Indeed to handling new client terms of business and accounting responsibilities, she's the organizational backbone of Crux. Simultaneously, Stephanie ensures Iain's busy schedule runs like clockwork, skillfully arranging meetings, and organizing events for Crux and Iain to attend or host. The list of her impressive contributions is endless, and her expertise knows no bounds.
Outside of her brilliant work, Stephanie is a doting mum to her two-year-old bundle of joy, Alyssa, and a loving partner of ten years to Aaron. Together, they have a delightful pet tortoise named George. As a motorsport enthusiast, she thrills in the excitement on the racetrack, while her unwavering support for Chelsea FC keeps her football spirit alive! And when the rare moment arises for her to unwind, Stephanie enjoys a few delightful cocktails with cherished friends.
