Steph started her career in recruitment in 2015, as an executive search consultant for the management consultancy industry.
She has recruited across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. After a maternity break, Steph joined crux as an office administrator and resourcer.
Steph is a Chelsea supporter and also a big fan of motorsport. In her spare time she is mum to her one year old daughter, 11 year old dog Winston and 11 year old tortoise George.
She enjoys a cheeky cocktail or two over dinner on the weekend with friends.
