An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning, energetic, forward thinking, and experienced lettings
team based out of Clifton & Bishopston offices, and covering all of North, East and Central Bristol. We are looking for the right person to join a successful team.

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
  • Business generation – creating opportunities to increase our portfolio
  • Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to

  • 12 months + experience in an agency environment negotiating and valuing
  • Be accurate, numerate and computer literate
  • Have excellent communication skills

Working Hours: Two Week Rota System –
Week 1 – 5 Day Week (Monday to Friday) 8.45am-6pm
Week 2 – 5 Day Week (4 x Weekdays 8.45am-6.30pm & 1 x Saturday 9am-4pm)

Start Date: ASAP (but flexible for the right candidate)
