Role: Senior Lettings Manager
Salary: £18,000+
Our successful clients are looking to expand there Lettings team in Falmouth and are offering an exciting opportunity for anyone who is currently in the property industry with lettings experience.
The role will involve calling through a mixture or tenants and landlords to book viewings or arrange valuations. You will go out an conduct viewings for tenants to look around the next home, this will require nurturing of a relationships with tenants and landlords as well as listening to peoples needs and requirements.
This role will require someone who currently has experience with the lettings sector ideally 1+ years. The individual will need a License and a Car, however a car could be provided permitting certain criteria is met. Valuations are preferred but not essential.
