Accountable for:

  • Personal performance, conduct and presentation.
  • Achieving minimum new instruction target for the branch, whilst aiming to promote the long-term growth of the Company name.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all clients.

Duties:

  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings for both lettings & sales within various markets.
  • Canvassing and leafleting to seek new business opportunities, including targeting competitors.
  • Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
  • Attending network events.
  • Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.
  • Register potential tenants and buyers to support the Lettings & Sales Negotiator.
  • Arrange and attend market appraisals/valuations and viewings.
  • Negotiate and agree offers between vendors/buyers to support the Negotiator.
  • Communicate with both landlords and vendors with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects to support the Negotiator.
  • Communicate offers from both applicants and purchasers to support the Negotiator.
  • Provide practical solutions to vendors with regards to achieving a prompt sale.
  • Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice, using effective comparables.
  • Support the Negotiator.
  • Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervision of an effective vendor database, ensuring regular contact is made with all clients.
  • Efficient diary planning.
  • Organisation of office procedures and staffing as a senior member of staff.
  • Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for junior members of staff.
  • Ensure effective teamwork and co-operation between staff.
  • Problem solving as necessary.
  • Deal with complaints effectively and promptly and take advice as needed.
  • Produce activity reports as required.
  • Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your line manager.
  • Take precautions to ensure the security of both you and your colleagues.
  • Ensure that you are fully aware of and comply with all regulations for General Data Protection & Anti Money Laundering.
  • From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.
