Sales Negotiator - Wokingham, Berkshire
Salary: £18,000 - 20,000
OTE: Guarantee to be paid in the early months whilst the new office is opening
Additions: £3,000 car allowance
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.15am - 6.30pm
Friday: 8.15am - 6.00pm
Every other Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

The suitable candidate will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
- Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
- Articulate communicator
- Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
- Proven track record in the residential property sector
- Attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance
You will need:
- Experience in Estate Agency
- Experience dealing with home movers
- Experience generating sales particulars and conducting viewings.
- An official estate agency qualification would be an advantage.
- A full driving licence
