Our client is an independent Estate Agency in the Tunbridge Wells area and have been around since 2017. They have a very experienced team with a wealth of experience in the Property Industry and they have a very exciting opportunity to join the team.

Salary: £25,000
OTE: £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (& every other Saturday)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
- Articulate communicator
- Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
- Proven track record in the residential property sector
- Attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance

- Proven work experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Tactful and articulate
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
