Our client is a well-known and reputable Estate Agency based in Swindon. They have a very experienced team who have wealth of experience in the Property Industry and they have a very exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join their team.
The property management is a growing side of the business which will always offer plenty of opportunity for growth within this position.
Based in Head Office in North Swindon you will be looking after circa 150 units. You will be a part of an elaborate, dynamic and hard working team that strive to success.
Lettings knowledge is highly desirable
A UK driving licence is essential as there will be access to pool cars for you to use for inspections.
