Property Manager, Bath
We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to join a successful boutique business in Bath City Centre. This friendly and supportive family business offers career progression and support towards certification for the right candidate.
Responsible to : Franchisee/Branch Manager
Accountable for:
Property management issues relating to all managed properties.
Compliance with statutory property legislation.
Duties:
Manage the property portfolio in order to maximise office income, including the retention of properties and clients.
Liaise with Landlords, arranging inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC’s and all other legal documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Carry out property inspections
Manage tenancy renewals
Monitor contractors performance
From time to time perform duties outside the full job description (which will be provided for the role)
If you do not already have an ARLA level 3 qualification, we will provide support towards certification, but previous experience is essential.
Pay £23,000 to £25,000 – plus £3,000 OTE
9-6pm Mon-Thurs
9-5pm Fri
9-2pm (alternative) Saturdays
