Monday-Friday (9am-6pm). You will also be required to work 1 Saturday per month (to be given back in lieu).

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Newbury.
You will be working to build and maintain a vast portfolio and will handle a number of responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. This will include, being responsible for maintenance on properties, carrying out property inspections and supporting owners with streamlining their tasks. It is an important aspect of this role to build relationships as you will be liaising with owners on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will be required to have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Property Manager and will need to be confident on the phone, well-spoken, energetic and passionate.
