Property Consultant / Sales Negotiator

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Role Type: Full Time Role

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm (Mon to Fri)
9am – 1pm Saturday (on a rota basis)
Holidays: 20 days + statutory holidays

OVERVIEW:
Our client is a young, growing agency based in Holt in North Norfolk. Their aim is to provide a service to both buyers and sellers that is professional yet warm and friendly. They are proud to be an independent agency and as such are not pressured in the same way as some corporate agencies with targets and hard selling marketing strategies.
However, they are committed to working together as a team to ensure that each property sale is treated with equal importance and they are prepared to work hard and go the extra mile to ensure that every sale agreed has the best chance of a successful completion.
THE ROLE:
The role of a Property Consultant within the team is pivotal to their success. It is a multi-faceted role covering almost every aspect of life in a busy property sales office.
Duties include:
• Registering Buyers and their Property Search Parameters
• Organising Viewings & Market Appraisals
• Conducting Viewings
• Negotiating Sales Offers
• Liaising with Solicitors on Sales Progression
• Managing Chain Progression with other Agents
• Working closely with buyers and sellers throughout Sales Progression
