Lettings Valuation Manager - Farnham & Alton
An opportunity has arisen in a rapidly growing multi award winning agency. They currently have a portfolio of 200 managed properties and the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of this.
The role is based out of Farnham but encompasses the Alton area as well.
This is a fantastic role for a highly motivated individual to come in and make the role their own.
Principle Accountabilities:

Principle Accountabilities:
- Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market.
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
- Business generation – creating opportunities to increase our portfolio
- Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- The right candidate will;

- Possess excellent communication skills, and be well-presented and well-spoken
- 12 months + experience in an agency environment negotiating and valuing
- Be accurate, numerate and computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
