Customer Service / Account Manager, Bracknell & WFH

Our client is one of the fastest growing PropTech businesses in the UK and they are looking for an organised and professional individual to join their team.  The role is for a Customer Service / Account Manager Management position based in Bracknell.  There will also be elements of the role that will be working from home.

The Role
  • Assisting the Head of Customer Success
  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Liaising with client to ensure they are using the product effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining excellent client relationship

No previous experience is necessary however the ideal candidate will be a good communicator, quick learner, personable, enthusiastic and have a drive to deliver the best customer service
