Package: OTE - £50,000 (6 month guarantee)

Crux have just taken on an exciting opportunity in Caversham for an experienced estate agent to take charge of the Caversham patch. This will be a self-employed position with a 6 month retainer to get you up and running.
This is a role that offers plenty of long-term progression, as the plan would be to open up an office in Caversham which would offer equity and business partner opportunities.
You will need to be hungry, driven and determined to make this role your own. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and looking to invest into the future. You will need to have experience working in a High Street Estate Agency and at minimum would be a Sales Valuer, Assistant Manager or Branch Manager level candidate within Estate Agency. You will need a license, company car could be provided.
