Assistant Sales Manager - Wokingham, Berkshire
Our client is a reputable, local Estate Agents who are opening a new branch in Wokingham, and are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the new team that will be setup there.
Salary £25,000
OTE: A guarantee will be paid in the early months upon opening
Additions: £4,000 car allowance
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.15am - 6.30pm
Friday: 8.15am - 6.00pm
Every other Saturday: 09.00am - 5.00pm
Ideally you will be an ambitious & tenacious individual with a proven, successful history of working in Estate Agency.
5 years' + experience in Estate Agency is a must.
Responsibilities:
Going out and completing valuations
Sales Progression
Building and maintaining relationship with customers
Win new business
Assist in the growth of the business
Knowledge of the area would be an advantage.
